After all the phone calls and
letters to delinquents go unanswered, enough eventually gets to be
enough!
On top of that we had a
collection agency that treated us as a number and expected
everything to be triggered / actioned by a time consuming,
cumbersome, bureaucratic method dictated to us. Despite the

I have used several video debt collection agencies over the past
few years all with very mixed results. Some had outrageous fees and
charges and we continually received complaints from our members,
all for very little financial return to the store. We also used a
debt collect agency that had very low commission rates but with the
low rates came very very low returns to the store.
